Part 5 Website, Presentation & Referencing

I present my Units 3 and 4 Media planner on a clear, visually navigable website, on Excel document PDF format ensuring it is accessible for both teacher and student use. The planner is clearly structured, with each section neatly allocated, eliminating the need for excessive use of colours. Only a few distinct colours are used, each serving a specific purpose and providing clear visual cues for quick reference.
Each term block will be structured as a separate page or section, with clearly labelled weeks and colour coding for key categories:
Red: School interruptions/excursions, Public holiday
Green: SAT:practical/production-focused assessments Outcome/KK/KS Due
Blue Texts: Homework
The presentation of my planner reflects professional curriculum documentation standards by incorporating:

-
Consistent headings: “Learning Activities”, “SAC”, “SAT”, “Resources”, “Authentication”, and “Homework” across all weeks.
-
Hyperlinked references: All resources cited in my annotated list will be active links for easy navigation.
-
Images and icons: Where appropriate, small icons (e.g., film reel, lightbulb, laptop) will be used to visually signal the nature of activities.
